Data Collected

• Messages and images sent by the Karuta Discord bot.
• Server settings:
  • Role IDs.
  • Channel IDs.
  • User-set settings needed for the bot to function.
• User settings:
  • User IDs.
  • User-set settings needed for the bot to function.

We do not store any private messages sent by users for this bot.

Data Usage and Retention

• Certain Karuta messages or images may be stored indefinitely. These are used to improve the quality and accuracy of the bot — for example, incorrect drops are stored to improve detection of such cards in the future.
• Server and user settings are stored for as long as needed to provide the service.
  • These can be deleted upon request. However, they are also deleted after a period of inactivity.

The collected Karuta data is used internally by the CardCompanion developers and admins to improve the quality of the bot and is not shared externally.

If you wish for your data to be deleted, please join our support server and let us know - we would be happy to do it.

There is no warranty for this bot; it is provided "as is." The developers and admins of the bot are not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from its use.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update the Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Deletion of Data

If you would like any data to be deleted, we are happy to do this. Please contact us through our support server to request data removal.
